Annual Pass Terms and Conditions
Annual Pass Card
The 'Annual Pass Card' is a photo identification card. An Annual Pass is valid for one year (12 months) from the date of issue. Each time you visit Luna Park Sydney, present your Annual Pass at a Ticket Booth to redeem for one Unlimited Rides Pass per registered cardholder, per day.
An Annual Pass is non-transferable, therefore; it cannot be shared with family members or friends. Maximum 1 AP membership per person. Only valid when Luna Park Sydney is open to the general public. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or product. Not redeemable for cash. Annual Pass Cards remain the property of Luna Park Sydney and may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason. Luna Park Sydney reserves the right to change its operating hours at any time, without notice. A $10 reissue fee is charged for lost cards. No refunds.
Annual Pass E-ticket
Purchase an Annual Pass e-ticket online and redeem it in the Park for an Annual Pass Card. The e-ticket is emailed upon purchase and must be printed on paper. The e-ticket is valid for redemption before the expiry date, which is displayed at the time of purchase and printed on the e-ticket. No refunds.
Annual Pass Gift Voucher
Buy an Annual Pass Gift Voucher online and redeem it in the Park for an Annual Pass Card. The Gift Voucher is posted within 3 business days of the online purchase. The Gift Voucher is valid for redemption within six months of the date of purchase. The purchase date and validity terms are printed on the Gift Voucher. No refunds.

Can I renew my Annual Pass?
Yes! Your next Annual Pass is just $89 if you renew 30 days either side of the expiry date of your current Annual Pass. Renewals after this period are $99. For renewal enquiries, please visit the Ticket Booth at Luna Park.Please note: at this time, renewals can only be made in Park.
What happens if I lose my card?
No problem! We'll print another one and send it out to you for $10, plus postage. Otherwise you can make a quick visit to the Luna Park Shop on next visit and we'll replace your card for $10.
Is Luna Park open every day of the year?
Luna Park is generally open everyday during NSW school holiday periods; and Friday to Monday during NSW school term time. View hours of funny business
Why do you need my email address?
A valid email address is required for administration purposes. You will receive emails communicating offers and exciting updates about what’s on in the Park, so you can get the most value from your Annual Pass.
What are postage and handling fees?
To ensure that your Annual Pass replacement card or gift voucher is delivered safely and promptly, we use Express Post. The postage and handling fee is $7.95 per send out. This means that if a family or household purchase or replace multiple Annual Passes in one transaction, then only one postage and handling fee applies. Alternatively you can purchase gift vouchers and replace your card in person at the park and will not pay a postage and handling fee.
