With spectacular views of the harbour, Luna Park is a restored 1930’s amusement park and includes a number of modern entertainment draw cards including a 5-star event centre, a 3000 capacity "Big Top" entertainment centre and The Deck Sydney restaurant and lounge.
Over the busy summer season, we require an extra casual Cash Room Attendant. This position requires an honest, reliable, self-motivated individual with large volume cash handling experience to join our Finance Team.

Successful candidates will:

  • Be able to quickly and accurately count large sums of money and reconcile all associated documentation for receipt and distribution of takings,
  • Be able to verify an honest and reliable work history involving significant cash handling responsibilities,
  • Be diligent, show initiative and have an eye for detail,
  • Conduct duties in a professional manner,
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Be reliable with a friendly and outgoing personality,
  • Be team focused, but able to work unsupervised,
  • Be able to work evenings and weekends, with the flexibility to take on additional hours/days during school holiday periods,
  • A National Police Check is a requirement (at own expense).

This will be a casual position, approximately 2-3 shifts each week, for our upcoming busy summer period. The majority of shifts coincide with Park trading hours and will therefore suit persons with good flexibility who can work a range of different shifts over Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, day and evening shifts, and Mondays throughout the months of December and January. Ongoing work after this period will be considered, and is dependent on company demands and performance.

Applicants must have been in paid employment where their primary responsibility was the management of cash. Availability to accept work on weekend day and evening shifts is essential.
