VALIDITY

A Luna Park Sydney or The Deck Sydney Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the purchase date. The expiry date will be indicated on the card.

Any Gift Card value unused after the expiry date will not be refunded and becomes the property of the Luna Park Sydney.

PURCHASE OF A GIFT CARD

A Gift Card may be purchased in person, at the Luna Park Sydney Merchandise Shop, or online at www.buyonline.lunaparksydney.com/gift-cards.

Online Gift Card purchases will be dispatched to your nominated address via the shipping method chosen during checkout. Collect In Park is available for online purchases. 

All Gift Cards purchased online from Luna Park Sydney are delivered via Registered Mail with Austaralia Post. Items will be shipped the following business day (Monday - Friday) after purchase. For more information on shipping and delivery times, see our Online Shop.

Guests should retain the Gift Card receipt and present it as proof of purchase, should there be any issue when attempting to redeem your Gift Card.

 

 

Gift Cards are available in $50, $100, $130, $200 and $250 amounts only.

Gift Cards have a $0 balance until activated at the time of purchase, or the time of your online order being fulfilled. Inactive cards presented for redemption without valid proof of purchase will be considered fraudulent.

REDEMPTION OF A GIFT CARD

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded or refunded and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Gift Cards may currently be redeemed at any Luna Park Sydney Ticket Box (including to purchase Annual Passes), The Deck Sydney restaurant, Food and Beverage outlets and Merchandise outlets.

The following outlets do not currently have the ability to allow Gift Card redemptions: Merchandise Cart, Cartoonist and Tattooist and some mobile food and beverage carts or special event pop-up locations.

Gift Cards are not valid for use at a ticketed event managed by the Big Top Sydney.
