Can I organise a party if I am not having a birthday?
You don't have to be having a birthday to celebrate with a party at Luna Park. Children's Parties are also ideal for school, social and sporting groups!

How many people can I have at my party?
Bookings require a minimum of 10 party guests.

What are the party meal times?
You can choose to book your table in the Party Room for 11am, 1pm or 3pm.

What if there is wet weather?
For the safety of our guests, if the weather is extremely inclement we do reserve the right to close the Park. If in doubt, please phone +61 2 9922 6644 on the day. If the Park will be open then the parties are still happening.

What about supervision?
Entry to Luna Park is FREE so supervising helpers and parents are welcome to come along on the day. Each party booking receives two free unlimited rides passes for supervising parents. If there are any additional supervisors who wish to attend the party room, a $5pp surcharge applies. This includes a seat at the party table and soft drink.

Due to Occupational, Health & Safety policies we must monitor the number of guests attending the party room, so you will need to advise your final numbers by the Wednesday prior your party.

Adults not wishing to enter the party room are welcome to sit at Fish & Sips or the Coney Island Cafe which are located next door to the party room.

Please note that while a coordinator is in My Clubhouse for your assistance, we cannot provide direct supervision of each table or of children while in the Park.

What is the cancellation policy?
Changes or cancellations must be finalised with the Party Coordinator by the Wednesday prior to the party date.

What if some of my guests have food allergies?
Please specify if you need special dietary consideration when booking your party. The menu of hotdog, nuggets and hot chips may contain traces of peanut oil, peanuts and other nuts. They may also contain fish, dairy products, shell fish, eggs. You need to undertake the following:

• At time of booking specify the type of allergy.  The Party Coordinator will then advise if food is available for your needs
  
• If you're bringing your own food for allergy requirements, please do so in a sealed microwavable container if it needs to be re-heated
  
• On the day of the party/function, identify the child with the allergy
  
• Please ensure that children do not swap food. Children with peanut and severe allergies may need to have their own eating and food preparation area to avoid possible reaction
  
• Ensure if the person with the allergy has his/her emergency medication with them (Epipen). Please familiarise yourself with the on site first aid service in case of a reaction

Please note we will do all we can to provide a safe environment for the parties, but all responsibility is given to the parent/carer of the children.
