What if I buy a voucher which is for the wrong height?
If you don’t know the height of the person you are buying for, you can take a guess based on their age and they can either upgrade or downgrade for the difference when they arrive at the Park. Our hosts at the ticket box will measure their height on the giant ruler to ensure they've got the right Unlimited Rides Pass.
How long does a gift voucher last?
The "Second Year Free" promotion Annual Pass Gift Vouchers are valid until 30 January 2012. Gift Vouchers have a six month expiry from the day of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers can not be extended.
What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately it is not possible to offer a refunds for any gift voucher purchase.
