Ticket Details

Session Times 

Sessions of Dream Circus will run daily from launch. To ensure maximum enjoyment, we recommend arriving at Sydney’s Immersive Big Top 15 minutes prior to your preferred session so you can make the most of the entry experience.
 
Sessions will run every 1.5 hours from 9AM to 9PM daily, unless otherwise advised.

Session Length

Each session will run for approximately 1 hour, commencing from the advertised session time on your ticket. The experience is designed for you to enjoy for its entirety

Dream Circus under Sydney’s Immersive Big Top is a ticketed experience.

  • Do I need a ticket to attend Sydney’s Immersive Big Top?

    Yes, to enter Sydney’s Immersive Big Top a ticket is required. Tickets can be pre-purchased from lunaparksydney.com OR on the day at the box office of Sydney’s Immersive Big Top.  Tickets are required for all attendees. Luna Park Sydney ticket policies and terms apply. Those over 85cm high will require a ticket to enter (infants under this height can remain with their attending parent/guardian who must hold a ticket). 

  • What time should I arrive to attend Sydney’s Immersive Big Top?

    We strongly recommend arriving at the Big Top 15 minutes before your allocated session start time to allow time for accessibility and to the make most of the pre-show experience.

  • How do I purchase a ticket to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top?

    Tickets to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top can be purchased directly at lunaparksydney.com. This is how you are best placed to be able to access all available session times and information for attending Sydney’s Immersive Big Top. 

    Authorised resellers may sell tickets to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top, but these will be clear and reputable sites only, for example Ticketmaster Australia. Please check website terms and conditions and authenticity prior to making a purchase.

  • I am a companion card holder. How can I access companion tickets to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top?

    A carer accompanying a Guest with a disability for the sole purpose of assisting that person will be provided with a Rides Pass free of charge via email. Companion card holders must show a valid Australian Companion Card to gain entry to the Immersive Big Top. 

    If you are a companion card holder and would like to attend Sydney’s Immersive Big Top, you are eligible to access a companion ticket free of charge provided you meet required terms and conditions. To redeem this offer, please purchase your ticket at lunaparksydney.com. Then please email a copy of your transaction information and details of your request to grelations@lunaparksydney.com. If in doubt, please contact Luna Park Sydney for clarification via grelations@lunaparksydney.com OR 02 9922 6644. Please action your companion transaction in advance if you opt for this process. 

    Alternatively, if you’d like to redeem a companion card ticket in person on the day of visit, please visit the Front Ticket Box of Luna Park Sydney or the Ticket Box of the Immersive Big Top. Note session availabilities and capacities apply. 

  • I have an Annual Pass to Luna Park Sydney. Is Sydney’s Immersive Big Top included with my Annual Pass?

    No, attending a session of ‘Dream Circus’ inside Sydney’s Immersive Big Top is not included in your Annual Pass (Annual rides pass) to Luna Park Sydney. If you would like to attend a session of ‘Dream Circus’ inside Sydney’s Immersive Big Top an additional ticket is required. 

    You will need to purchase a ticket to Sydney’s Immersive Big Top when you visit Luna Park Sydney. You can do this by visiting the Luna Park Sydney Annual Pass Membership desk OR the Box Office of the Immersive Big Top on the day you visit and wish to attend. By presenting a valid Annual Pass at the time of purchase, each (1) Annual Pass holder will be entitled to one (1) $10 discounted ticket to attend ‘Dream Circus’ under Sydney’s Immersive Big Top, per day that they visit and attend.
