  • Luna Park Disclosure - Amusement Park Ticket Website Sales

    “Before purchasing my ticket I read and understood the Terms and Conditions, Risk Warning and Waiver and Privacy Policy. In particular, I understand and agree to the following:


    1. Luna Park opening hours and available amusements/rides may change.

    2. My personal information and data may be disclosed to services providers, contractors or professional advisers who provide services to Luna Park.

    3. There are risks of injury to myself and my property by using the amusements/rides. Luna Park is not responsible for any injury suffered by me or my property.

    4. Luna Park’s liability is limited for any:

    a. physical or mental injury;
    b. the existence, aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any condition or any harm; or
    c. any disadvantage or harm caused.

    5. I release and indemnify Luna Park from any claims:

    a. I may have arising from or in connection with my use of Luna Park or its amusements/rides on any basis whatsoever; or
    b. in relation to any loss or damage caused by the use of the Luna Park website.

    6. That Luna Park’s liability is limited to the total price paid for the purchase of products or services.”

  • Returns and Refunds

    To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting the application of Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees, no refunds, credits or replacements will be given if Luna Park Sydney's operating hours vary from those advertised (for reasons including but not limited to adverse weather or private functions); any rides or sideshow games are closed for any reason (including but not limited to maintenance or repair); if you have changed your mind about the ordered products; if there is adverse weather as we are an all-weather park; and/or if you make an incorrect choice.

    No Luna Park Sydney product may be onsold for any reason. Any onsold product may be refused when presented at Luna Park Sydney for redemption.

  • E-Tickets

    An e-ticket will be issued in PDF form at 6am the day prior to the ticket/session date, to the email address nominated during the purchase process. An e-ticket is valid for the one of the products listed below, and will be marked thus in the 'Ticket Type' field. Please check the operating calendar as operating days and times do change.

    Please bring a copy of your e-ticket to present at a Luna Park Sydney Ticket Booth for redemption. Display on a smartphone or tablet is acceptable. Valid photo ID and the purchasing credit card may be required upon redemption. All intended users of the products purchased must be present at the Ticket Booth at the time of redemption, for height measurement and wristband application. E-tickets are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, such as discount vouchers.

    Tickets, Annual Passes and gift cards purchased for Luna Park Sydney will not be valid if on-sold.  Any product purchased from a non-authorized point of sale (WeChat, Facebook, Gumtree etc.) will not be valid for redemption.

  • Product Information

    Luna Park Sydney makes all efforts to ensure all prices and product information on our website are correct. Luna Park Sydney takes no responsibility for any incorrect information that may be published on the Luna Park website, and has the right to refuse any order arising from a mistake.

    By purchasing a Luna Park product you acknowledge that you have read and understood the product Terms and Conditions.

    Specific terms and conditions apply to each product. These can be found below. These specific terms and conditions form part of the Luna Park Sydney Terms and conditions and may be updated from time to time.

  • Coupon Codes

    1. Coupon codes are valid for 90 days from the date the coupon is received, unless otherwise stated.
    2. The coupon code must be used within the specified validity period. After the expiration date, the coupon code will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed.
    3. Coupon codes cannot be extended or renewed beyond the original expiration date, unless otherwise stated.
    4. Coupon codes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other forms of value.
    5. Coupon codes may have additional restrictions or limitations, such as a minimum purchase requirement or a specific product or service to which it applies. These restrictions or limitations will be clearly stated with the coupon code.
    6. Coupon codes may be used only once per customer, unless otherwise stated. Any attempts to use the same coupon code multiple times may result in the coupon code being voided and the associated discount being forfeited.
    7. Coupon codes may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless otherwise stated.
    8. The company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any coupon code or promotion at any time without prior notice.
    9. The company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired coupon codes, and no replacement or refund will be provided for such coupon codes.
    10. By using a coupon code, the customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions specified with the coupon code. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the coupon code being voided and the associated discount being forfeited. Overall, the company's decision regarding coupon codes and promotions is final and binding. Users are encouraged to review and understand these terms and conditions before using any coupon code.   • Covid Safe Health Declaration

    By presenting my ticket for entry to the Park I agree to the following:

    • I do not currently have COVID-19. 
    • I am not showing any signs and symptoms of COVID-19 being fever (above 37.5 degrees Celsius), flu like symptoms, coughing, sore throat or headache.
    • I am not required to self-isolate.  
    • I will follow good hygiene practices while onsite.
  • Annual Pass Terms and Conditions

    A Luna Park Sydney Annual Pass is available for purchase, unless 'SOLD OUT', at lunaparksydney.com ('online'). Tickets, Annual Passes and gift cards purchased from Luna Park Sydney will not be valid if onsold. Any product purchased from a non-authorised point of sale (WeChat, Facebook, Gumtree etc.) will not be valid for redemption.

    DISCLAIMER

    The rides/amusements in Luna Park are designed for use by participants who meet the displayed height and health requirements.

    The amusements/rides are recreational activities and there are risks of injury to participants and their property. By using or engaging in a ride/amusement you accept these risks and agree that the owners, operators and landlords do not have or accept any liability for any injury suffered as a result of you accepting these risks.

    Parents or Guardians must evaluate these risks before allowing persons in their control to use or engage in any ride or amusement.

    Use of any ride or amusement is restricted for Guests with certain physical and/or medical conditions. Please check the signage at the entrance to the ride for applicable restrictions. This is a risk warning given pursuant to Section 5M of the Civil Liability Act 2002.

    ENTITLEMENTS

    A Luna Park Sydney Annual Pass entitles the holder (a pass holder) to a single Day Pass, once per day, on any valid entry day for the period specified on the Annual Pass, from the date of e-ticket redemption (online).

    A valid entry day is any day the Park is accessible by the General Public where Park capacity set by Luna Park Sydney Management has not been reached. Luna Park Sydney does not operate on every day of the year and as such, does not take responsibility for a misinterpretation of Opening Hours.

    In order to access Park rides on a valid entry day, a valid Pass holder must login to their Annual Pass holder account at lunaparksydney.com and reserve a date of entry. Available dates, trading hours are subject to blockouts, restricted and modification by the capacity of Park and may be restricted by the number of pass holders allowed to enter on that day.

    Pass holders may reserve a maximum of one entry date at a time and can only have one entry date reserved in total. Once that entry date pass has been redeemed or the date passed, a pass holder may reserve a new entry date.

    A pass holder must have his/her valid Annual Pass in hand and an LPS approved photo on file with Luna Park Sydney for access to rides to be granted.

    A Day Pass is a unique wristband that is non-refundable to the extent permitted by law, not transferable between individuals, valid for the Date of Issue only and void if not securely attached to the Guest's wrist at all times. The wristband is activated and issued from a Luna Park Ticket Box at the time of purchase/e-ticket redemption. A Day Pass is sold subject to the Luna Park Sydney Rides Regulations.

    Annual Passes are not valid for private special events, specials, ticketed events or events that require a separate admission, and are subject to Blockout Dates. Blockout Dates include, but are not limited to events such as Halloscream, New Year’s Eve, and other special events that occur outside normal Park operating hours Annual Pass. See the ‘Benefits’ section of these terms for more information.

    Additional pass holder benefits apply to specific Annual Pass products. See the ‘Benefits’ section of these terms for more information. Not all benefits apply to all Annual Pass products. It is the responsibility of the pass holder to check their entitlements before purchase.

    Annual Passes do not guarantee ride and attraction access (especially during high attendance periods). Restrictions apply including, but not limited to, capacity constraints and closures.

    Rides, services, entertainment and attractions may change operating hours, close temporarily, or may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability and does not entitle a pass holder to any refund, credit or replacement.

    A pass holder assumes the inherent risks associated with the operation of all rides and attractions and should read and obey all safety signage, instructions and rules. A pass holder must abide by any rules and regulations applicable to Luna Park Sydney or to the use of the Annual Pass as announced by Luna Park Sydney from time to time.

    Luna Park Sydney is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property.

    An Annual Pass is not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to use inclusive of family and friends, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any other offer, discount or product. Additionally, Annual Passes may not be used for commercial purposes and are void if altered or misused.

    Photocopies, photos and reproductions of an Annual Pass will not be accepted.

    Owning a valid Annual Pass Holders does not secure a caregiver/ accompanying guest entry at no charge into the park should the Park be operating with limited capacity, under revised conditions, special events or to an exclusive annual pass holder event.

    ACTIVATION

    An Annual Pass purchased online will have a 60-day grace period prior to the pass automatically activating and commencing the 12 months validity period. If the Pass holder presented the online voucher at the Luna Park Annual Pass Membership desk prior to the end of the grace period, the pass will commence the validity period from the date. The voucher must be presented within this period at Luna Park Sydney and exchanged for an Annual Pass Card.

    The pass holder must be present at the time of exchange and must abide by all other membership information gathering processes.

    MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

    Personal data for each pass holder must be completed in Park on the same day of purchase or redemption of e-tickets. As a condition of purchase, guests must provide the following: a. their first name and surname b. their date of birth c. a contact telephone number; and d. a contact email address Incomplete personal data will not be accepted, and the associated membership will not be created.

    When collecting an Annual Pass purchased online, the pass holder must be present at the Luna Park Annual Pass Desk in order for the membership photo to be captured.

    Each pass holder must follow Luna Park Sydney's procedures to have a photo associated with his/her Annual Pass in Luna Park Sydney's files for identification purposes. Photo capture procedures include removal of any hats, sunglasses or other obscuring accessories and ensuring no additional individuals are present in the background of the photo.

    Photos on file for active pass holders must be periodically updated with current photos. Photos must be replaced every 12 months for children under the age of 18 and every 3 years for adults. Further identification may be required upon request.

    LOSS, REPLACEMENT OR CANCELLATION

    All Annual Pass Cards remain the property of Luna Park Sydney.

    If an Annual Pass is lost or stolen, the pass holder is asked to report the situation to Luna Park Sydney Guest Relations at the Guest Relations Desk, by contacting Guest Relations at (02) 9922 6644 or submitting an online enquiry.

    Luna Park Sydney reserves the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any Annual Pass or deny ride access to any pass holder at any time for any reason. Cancellation, suspension or revocation of an Annual Pass membership will result in the cancellation, suspension or revocation of the member benefits associated with the Annual Pass.

    An Annual Pass that is discovered to have been purchased through illegal methods will be cancelled without compensation.

    BENEFITS

    Additional benefits are available to Annual Pass holders as per the below terms. Not all benefits apply to all Annual Pass products. It is the responsibility of the pass holder to check their entitlements before purchase.

    A pass holder must present a valid Annual Pass, valid photo identification and valid, intact and attached wristband prior to purchases to receive any applicable benefits and discounts. Benefits and discounts are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer or promotion. Such benefits and discounts are for personal use only and may not be used to obtain or purchase items or services with the intent to resell such items or services.

    Applicable benefits and discounts are subject to change at any time, without notice. Benefits and discounts are determined solely by Luna Park Sydney and may be valid only at select locations. Applicable benefits are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or product other than those stated in the individual benefit terms.

    An Annual Pass is subject to additional charges unless otherwise advised for entry into any concerts or special events taking place at Luna Park Sydney, or any other event as determined by Luna Park Sydney from time to time in its sole discretion.

    Specific terms and conditions related to current benefits may be found below:

    A 1-year Annual Pass ($150) pass holder purchased after 01 April 2021 is entitled to:

    Opportunity to be the first to purchase tickets to special events presented by Luna Park - Pass holders will receive communications inviting them to purchase tickets to any special events presented by Luna Park Sydney up to 48 hours before other database members and the general public. Pass holders may forward this communication to family and friends and are not obliged to take part in the advertised events. Annual Passes will not be valid at the promoted Special Events and Luna Park Sydney will not be required to reiterate these conditions in all Special Event pre-purchase communications.

    10% off food, beverage, and merchandise. To receive your discounts at Luna Park Sydney, please scan your Annual Pass card when making a purchase at any of our permanent food outlets or merchandise store.  Please note that your Annual Pass must be valid and in date to activate this discount. If you don’t have your card, please see our membership desk and request a reprint. 

    ANNUAL PASS RENEWALS

    Annual Passes can be renewed prior to, and up to two weeks after, their expiry date for the special price of $120.  There are no rainchecks on this offer. After the two week period, renewing an Annual Pass will be treated as a new Annual Pass purchase, and the cost will be the standard price of $150 per Annual Pass. After renewing, we advise you to have a new card printed on your next visit to the Park in order to update the renewal date on the card. 

    In order to receive Annual Pass renewal reminders, Guests must be subscribed to receive email communications from Luna Park Sydney. If you have unsubscribed, please resubscribe using the Newsletter sign up in the footer of the website. 

    COMMUNICATION

    The collection, use and disclosure of personal information otherwise provided in connection with this Promotion is governed by the Luna Park Sydney Privacy Policy available at lunaparksydney.com/privacy-policy.

    The information provided by Guests will be used by Luna Park Sydney for the purpose of conducting the Annual Pass Program. Luna Park Sydney may disclose personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this program or communicating with Guests.

    By purchasing an Annual Pass, a pass holder consents to subscribe to email communication from Luna Park Sydney. A pass holder may receive important operational updates, special offers and other information from Luna Park Sydney and its associated business streams about their events, products, services and discounts.

    From time to time, Luna Park Sydney may suggest alternate subscriptions to a pass holder, related to both Luna Park Sydney and its other business streams. It is the Guest's sole decision as to whether these additional subscriptions are activated.

    All terms, conditions and benefits including, but not limited to, admission privileges, Blockout Dates, prices, benefits and discounts are subject to restrictions, availability and change or cancellation without notice at any time.

  • Day Pass Session Ticket Terms and Conditions

    A Luna Park Sydney Day Pass Ticket is available for purchase, unless ‘SOLD OUT’, at lunaparksydney.com (‘online’). Products purchased from Luna Park Sydney will not be valid if on-sold.     CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

    A Luna Park Sydney Day Pass Ticket entitles the holder to unlimited rides for their height zone for the date indicated on the ticket only during Park operating hours.

    Tickets can only be purchased by the credit card holder. A valid residential address must be provided at the time of booking. PO Boxes or Locked Bags are not accepted as billing addresses.

    All Guests wishing to rides or access attractions including adults accompanying children, will be required to purchase a valid Day Pass. Children under 85cm in height do not require a ticket to ride, however, they are only able to ride the carousel (chariot cars only) and the Ferris Wheel with an accompanying adult. 

    A Day Pass Ticket is a unique ticket and is non-refundable to the extent permitted by law, and valid for the specific date indicated on the ticket only. A change of personal plans does not warrant a refund or exchange.

    Rides, services, entertainment and attractions may change operating hours, close temporarily, or may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability and does not entitle a Day Pass  Ticket holder to any refund, credit or replacement.

    A Day Pass Ticket holder assumes the inherent risks associated with the operation of all rides and attractions and should read and obey all safety signage, instructions and rules.

    A Day Pass Ticket holder must abide by any rules and regulations applicable to Luna Park Sydney or to the use of the Day Pass Ticket as announced by Luna Park Sydney from time to time.

    Luna Park Sydney management reserves the right to refuse admission and, in such event, will not refund the Day Pass Ticket. Guests at Luna Park are to have their Day Pass Ticket on their person at all times.

    A Day Pass Ticket is not transferable, cannot be sold, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any other offer, discount or product. Additionally, Day Pass Tickets are void if altered or misused. Photocopies, photos and reproductions of a Session tickets will not be accepted.

    On entry to Luna Park Sydney and validation of a Day Pass  Ticket, a unique wristband will be issued that is non-refundable, not transferable between individuals, valid for the Date of Issue only and void if not securely attached to the Guest's wrist at all times. The wristband is activated and issued from a Luna Park Ticket Box at the time of purchase/e-ticket redemption.

  • Flexi Pass Ticket Terms and Conditions

    A Luna Park Sydney Flexi Pass is available for purchase, unless ‘SOLD OUT’, at lunaparksydney.com (‘online’). Products purchased from Luna Park Sydney will not be valid if on-sold. Any product purchased from a non-authorized point of sale including (WeChat, Facebook, Gumtree etc.) will not be valid for redemption.

    CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

    A Luna Park Sydney Flexi Pass entitles the pass holder to change or modify their booking up until 6am the day prior to the original booking date.

    Flexi Passes are valid for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. No further extensions will be granted after this period expires.

    Flexi Pass holders will be required to log into their Luna Park Sydney Online Account (at www.lunaparksydney.com) to modify their bookings online only.

    If a Flexi Pass date is not transferred in the time frame stated above, the Flexi Pass will expire after the original session time and not be valid for transfer or modification.

    Flexi Passes are not valid for use during Special Events or Luna Park Sydney Black Out dates.

    A Flexi Pass is a non-refundable to the extent permitted by law, and valid for the 180-day period as specified above. A change of personal circumstance or plans does not warrant a refund.

    Tickets can only be purchased by the credit card holder. A valid residential address must be provided at the time of booking. PO Boxes or Locked Bags are not accepted as billing addresses.

    Luna Park Sydney management reserves the right to refuse admission and, in such event, will not refund or exchange the Flexi Pass. Guests at Luna Park are to have their Flexi Pass ticket on their person at all times.

    A Flexi Pass is not transferable, cannot be sold, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any other offer, discount or product. Additionally, Flexi Pass Tickets are void if altered or misused. Photocopies, photos and reproductions of a Session tickets will not be accepted.

    On entry to Luna Park Sydney and validation of a Flexi Pass ticket, a unique wristband will be issued that is non-refundable, not transferable between individuals, valid for the Date of Issue only and void if not securely attached to the Guest's wrist at all times. The wristband is activated and issued from a Luna Park Ticket Box at the time of purchase/e-ticket redemption.

  • Halloscream Ticket Terms and Conditions

      • 27th  - 31st October 2023

        IMPORTANT

        This event contains scary themes and is recommended for children over the age of 14.

        Halloscream is a Special Event. Annual Passes are not valid to use for entry during this event. A Halloscream General Admission e-ticket may be redeemed at Luna Park Sydney for a single entry to Halloscream for the nominated date allocated at the time of booking.

        Specific event dates will be clearly indicated throughout the purchase. Event commences at 6.00PM ( Entry Gates will open earlier ) Some attractions open at 6.15PM onwards. Please check the Luna Park Sydney website for closing times on your entry date.

        Halloscream is recommended for audiences over 14 years old due to the scary themes of the activations. However, Halloscream tickets are valid for all ages and all heights - it is at the parents / guardians' discretion whether children are in attendance. There are no refunds or exchanges provided  for change of mind.

        All guests require a ticket to enter (except for children under 2 years of age and under 85cm – as deemed by Luna Park Sydney- may enter free of charge with a paying adult (18+)) 

        All guests are required to comply with all relevant laws including all Public Health orders as indicated on NSW State Government websites (found here) and with the Luna Park Sydney Health Declaration on behalf of all ticket holders in their transaction.

        All Event Tickets for this event are on suppressed printing and will not be emailed until closer to the event date. After purchase, patrons will receive a confirmation email ONLY. Tickets with this allocated delivery option will be emailed out at a nominated date, as a PDF, closer to the event.

        There will be no pass outs available for this event. Guests who disrupt other Guests enjoyment of the Park, mistreat the performers or behave in an inappropriate and/or aggressive manner will be removed from the Park without refund.

        Halloscream is an outdoor all-weather event and will proceed on the advertised dates and at the advertised time in all weather conditions. Guests accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on the event night

        All ticket sales are final. Tickets will not be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase. Please treat your tickets like cash. Tickets are only refunded under the relevant NSW laws that protect the venue & ticket purchaser. A change in your personal plans or circumstances does not warrant a refund. Lost, stolen, damaged or defaced tickets will not be replaced. Tickets cannot be transferred to another person after redemption. Valid Photo ID and the purchasing credit card may be required upon redemption. 

        Luna Park Sydney reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, dates and audience capacity.

        Items considered dangerous will not be permitted inside the venue and must be surrendered to staff upon entry. Surrendered items will be available for collection as you leave the event. Please note that all loose items and/or props are unable to be carried on most rides. Luna Park Sydney accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items that are left unaccompanied. It may be a condition of entry that a search of person or possessions will be required at the time of entry to the venue.

        External food and drink and large bags are not permitted into the venue:  this includes including sealed water bottles. Refreshments are available for purchase in the venue. Bags are not to be left unattended in the Park.

        Each e-ticket must be exchanged for a wristband at entry. Entry is the only point that a wristband will be issued and must be worn securely throughout the event. A Halloscream ticket is sold subject to the Luna Park Sydney Rides Regulations. Height, age and health requirements apply to all attractions. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

        Full face costumed masks and make up are not permitted. For security purposes all Guests must be able to be identified, therefore full-face masks and full face make-up that disguises a person’s facial identity are not permitted and may be asked to be removed by Luna Park security. Refunds will not be granted to those failing to comply with this requirement.

        Luna Park Sydney does not condone the on-selling of tickets. Event Tickets are ONLY to be purchased from the venue Luna Park Sydney and Authorized Third-Party Ticket Sellers, any activity beyond these legitimate channels will be deemed invalid and will NOT be accepted at entry - this includes and is not restricted to any tickets purchased from Wei Chat or Viagogo. 

        DISCLAIMER

        Voluntary participation and recreational nature of activity

        1. I acknowledge, agree and understand my activities at, and my use of, Luna Park Sydney for my own enjoyment and leisure and is entirely recreational.

        Risk Warning pursuant to section 5M of the Civil Liability Act

              1. I have been warned that I am at risk of suffering personal injury arising from or in connection with my activities at, and my use of, Luna Park Sydney. The risk of personal injury extends to physical or mental injury (including aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any physical or mental injury) including but not limited to friction burns, whiplash, abrasions, bruising, damage to teeth, muscular injury, motion sickness, splinters, loss of consciousness, and broken bones together with soft tissue injuries generally.
              2. The risk of personal injury that I may suffer may arise from or be connected to:
              3. contact or collision with the surface of the ride;
              4. contact or collision with another patron;
              5. The movement of the ride (sudden or otherwise);
              6. weather conditions including rain, wind, lightning, heat and cold;
              7. slipping and tripping on floor surfaces;
              8. the acts and/or omissions (including negligent acts and/or omissions) of other patrons at Luna Park Sydney;
              9. incorrect use of rides;
              10. failure to follow instructions in relation to participation on a ride; and
              11. the unforeseen failure or malfunction of rides.
              12. I accept and acknowledge all of risks identified above voluntarily and at my own risk.

              Waiver

              General waiver

              1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to waive all my rights in respect of any liability for any Claim against Luna Park, including for any liability:
              2. for breach of contract (including any express or implied warranty that any recreational services will be provided with due care and skill); or
              3. for negligence; arising from, or in connection with, my attendance at and use of Luna Park Sydney.
              4. Waiver in relation to recreational services to which the Australian Consumer Law applies
              5. I acknowledge that:
              1. it is possible for a supplier of recreational services to ask me to agree that the statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (which is Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 Cth), do not apply to me;
              2. I agree to waive my right to sue Luna Park Sydney (should either be deemed a supplier for the purposes of the ACL) because the recreational services (as that term is defined in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) were not performed in accordance with the statutory guarantees, in particular the guarantees as to due care and skill and as to fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded; and
              3. the waiver of my rights in clause 9(b) above is limited to liability for:
                1. physical or mental injury (including the aggravation, acceleration, or recurrence of such injury) to me;
                2. the coming into existence, the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any other condition, circumstance, occurrence, activity, form of behaviour, course of conduct or state of affairs:
                  1. that is or may be harmful or disadvantageous to me; or
                  2. that may result in harm or disadvantage to me.
              1. The above waiver of my rights in relation to the statutory guarantees does not apply to reckless conduct (as defined in the ACL) of Luna Park Sydney in supplying any recreational services (in the event either is deemed to be a supplier).

              Release and Indemnity 

              1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I:
              2. release and will release Luna Park Sydney from all Claims that I may have or may have had but for this release arising from or in connection with my use of Luna Park Sydney;
              3. indemnify and will keep indemnified Luna Park Sydney in respect of any Claim by any other person:
                1. arising from or in connection with my participation in any activities at, or use of, Luna Park Sydney;
                2. against Luna Park Sydney in respect of any injury loss or damage arising out of or in connection with my failure to comply with any rules and/or directions from Luna Park Sydney regarding use of Luna Park Sydney’s facilities and attractions.

              Save that the above releases and indemnities shall not apply to the extent that the loss, damage or injury that is the subject of the Claim is caused or contributed to by the grossly negligent act or omission of Luna Park Sydney.

              COMMUNICATION

              1. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information otherwise provided in connection with the promotion is governed by the Luna Park Sydney Privacy Policy available at lunaparksydney.com/privacy-policy.
              2. The information provided by guests will be used by Luna Park Sydney for the purpose of contact tracing, should it be necessary.

              TERMS OF SALE AND ENTRY

              1. A Halloscream ticket entitles the holder entry into Luna Park Sydney for the date and time specific session as indicated on the ticket only and is subject to the NSW Government approval for Luna Park Sydney to operate pursuant to COVID-19 restrictions.
              2. Tickets can only be purchased by the credit card holder. A valid residential address must be provided at the time of booking. PO Boxes or Locked Bags are not accepted as billing addresses.
              3. All guests are required to comply with all relevant laws including all Public Health orders as indicated on NSW State Government websites (found here) and with the Luna Park Sydney Health Declaration on behalf of all ticket holders in their order.  
              4. All guests regardless of age or willingness to access rides or attractions, will be required to purchase a valid ticket. All Guests will require a ticket for entry. (except for children under 2 years of age and under 85cm – as deemed by Luna Park Sydney- may enter free of charge with a paying adult (18+)) 
              5. A Halloscream ticket is a unique ticket and is non-refundable to the extent permitted by law, and valid for the specific date and time indicated on the ticket only. A change of personal plans does not warrant a refund or exchange. Any date swaps are at the discretion of management. At least 72 hours’ notice before the event date must be provided in this instance. Fees may apply.
              6. Rides, services, entertainment and attractions may change operating hours, close temporarily, or may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability and does not entitle a Halloscream ticket holder to any refund, credit or replacement.
              7. A Halloscream ticket holder assumes the inherent risks associated with the operation of all rides and attractions and should read and obey all safety signage, instructions and rules.
              8. A Halloscream ticket holder must abide by any rules and regulations applicable to Luna Park Sydney or to the use of the Halloscream ticket as announced by Luna Park Sydney from time to time.
              9. The management reserves the right to refuse admission and, in such event, will not refund admission fee paid. Patrons in the venue are to always have their ticket on their person.
              10. A Halloscream ticket is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any other offer, discount, or product. Additionally, Halloscream tickets are void if altered or misused.
              11. Photocopies, photos, and reproductions of Halloscream tickets will not be accepted.
              12. Luna Park Sydney is a Licensed Premises and as such anyone entering are bound by the requirements of the Liquor Act 2007. In accordance with Liquor Regulations, the only acceptable forms of proof of age at this venue are: CURRENT Australian Photo driver’s license (International drivers licenses are not accepted) CURRENT Passport or NSW Proof of age card.
              13. It is an offence to purchase liquor for (or supply liquor to) minors.
              14. Guests who are intoxicated or under the influence of or in possession of illicit drugs, who are argumentative, quarrelsome, aggressive, or disorderly will not be permitted to enter or remain on the premises and be removed from the venue.
              15.  Dangerous and/or illicit items will not be permitted inside the venue. Liquor may not be brought onto or taken off the premises and checking procedures may be applied to prevent this.
              16. The Park and surrounding areas are under 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
              17. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
              18. Professional, commercial, staged, or organised photography or video recording is not permitted without prior authorisation.
              19. Tripods are permitted, please see FAQ's for more information on tripod useage in the Park
              20. Any type of activity or item that may impact on other Guests safety or enjoyment of the park is not permitted.
              21. Bags must not be left unattended in the Park. Limited locker facilities are available – fees apply.
              22. The rides/amusements in Luna Park are designed for use by participants who meet the displayed height requirements.
              23. Use of any ride or amusement is restricted for Guests with certain physical and/or medical conditions. Please check the signage at the entrance to the ride for applicable restrictions.
              24. Guests subject to the following conditions should not enter the maze:
                • Claustrophobia
                • Epilepsy
                • Fear of the dark
                • High blood pressure
                • Pregnancy
                • Broken bones or plaster casts
                • Recent surgery or illness
                • Heart conditions
                • Anxiety or phobia that could be triggered by these themes
                • Back of neck complaints
              25. Guests are required not to:
                • Exhibit aggressive behaviour as it is not tolerated
                • Touch anything or anyone in the maze
                • Run - Guests are required to walk at all times in the maze
                • Take food and drink in the maze
              26. For the safety of our guests, height restrictions apply to maze entry. Guests under 132cm must enter with an adult (18+).
  • Disclaimer

    1. The rides/amusements in Luna Park are designed for use by participants who meet the displayed height requirements.
    2. The amusements/rides are recreational activities and there are risks of injury to participants and their property. By using or engaging in a ride/amusement you accept these risks and agree that the owners, operators and landlords do not have or accept any liability for any injury suffered as a result of you accepting these risks.
    3. Parents or Guardians must evaluate these risks before allowing persons in their control to use or engage in any ride or amusement.
    4. Use of any ride or amusement is restricted for Guests with certain physical and/or medical conditions. Please check the signage at the entrance to the ride for applicable restrictions.

    This is a risk warning given pursuant to Section 5M of the Civil Liability Act 2002.

  • Risk Warning and Waiver

    I acknowledge, agree and understand my activities at, and my use of, Luna Park Sydney for my own enjoyment and leisure and is entirely recreational.

    Risk Warning pursuant to section 5M of the Civil Liability Act

    I acknowledge, agree and understand that:

     1. I have been warned that I am at risk of suffering personal injury arising from or in connection with my activities at, and my use of, Luna Park Sydney.     3.  I accept and acknowledge all risks identified above voluntarily and at my own risk. 

    4. I acknowledge that the assumption of risk and warning above constitutes a ‘risk warning’ in respect of all rides and activities at Luna Park Sydney for the purpose of section 5M of the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW).

    WAIVER

    General waiver

    4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to waive all my rights in respect of any liability for any Claim against Luna Park, including for any liability:

  • Our Liability

    Luna Park Sydney shall not be liable in contract or in tort for any loss or damage suffered and consumer rights are limited to those set out in these Terms and Conditions and under statute.

    Luna Park Sydney does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage however caused (including through negligence) which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of this website or any linked website, nor to accept any responsibility for any such loss arising out of the use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed through this website.

    To the extent permitted by law our total liability herein in respect of each event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total price paid for the purchase of products and/or services under these Terms and Conditions.

    The Customer shall indemnify Luna Park Sydney and keep Luna Park Sydney fully and effectively indemnified against any loss of or damage to any property or injury to or death of any persons caused by any negligent act or omission or wilful misconduct of the customer, its employees, agents or sub-contractors or by any breach of its contractual obligations arising out of these Terms and Conditions.

    To the extent permitted by law, Luna Park Sydney and customer agree that Luna Park Sydney will not be liable for products not being available for use, or for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered. Luna Park Sydney shall not be liable to the customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, loss of opportunity, loss of revenue, loss of profit or anticipated profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of goodwill, loss arising out of business interruption, loss arising out of or in connection with pollution of contamination arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of Products or services, even if Luna Park Sydney has been advised of their possibility.

    Unfortunately no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst Luna Park Sydney strives to protect such information, Luna Park Sydney does not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any e-mail which you transmit to them. Accordingly any information sent to Luna Park Sydney by email is transmitted at your own risk. Nevertheless, once Luna Park Sydney receives your e-mail, the company will take reasonable steps to preserve the security of such information.

    All prices are in $AUD and inclusive of GST. Prices can change and Luna Park Sydney's latest price is always displayed on the Luna Park Sydney website and not any third party websites.

    Luna Park Sydney accepts no liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If Luna Park Sydney waives any rights available to the company under these terms and conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

    If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.

    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the State of New South Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that jurisdiction.

  • Conditions of Entry

  • Birthday Party Bookings

    • A minimum of 10 full paying party guests are required per booking. Birthday child must be paid for as well.
    • Booking must be made at least two weeks before your intended party date.
    • Luna Park requires final guest numbers and all party details to be confirmed no later than 3.00pm on the Thursday, one week prior to your party (approximately 10 days before you booking).
    • Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment has been received.
    • Payment is non-refundable. Luna Park is unable to issue part or full refunds.
    • Birthday Parties bookings are not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, unless advertised.
    • Due to Work, Health & Safety policies we must monitor the number of guests attending the party venue and park, so you will need to advise your final numbers no later than 3.00pm on the Thursday, one week prior to your party.
    • Please note that while hosts are in the party venue for your assistance, we do not provide direct supervision of each table or of children while in the venue or out in the Park.
    • Supervising adults are expected to be in control of their group at all times, children misbehaving in the venue may be asked to leave.
    • Parties with a lunch booking have only 45 minutes reserved within the party venue. Lunch will be served within the first 15 minutes of the booked lunch time slot.
    • Party games are not provided during your lunch booking– all the fun of the Park is waiting for you outside! Parents are responsible for child supervision while in the Park and in the party venue.
    • Bad language, bullying and inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated.
    • Animals are prohibited from entering Luna Park Sydney (service animals exempt).
    • Table scatters, confetti, balloons and all other external party decorations are prohibited in the party venue.
    • Outsourced characters or performers are prohibited from entering Luna Park Sydney.
    • Once your party has finished in the party venue, please take your personal belongings with you.
    • Parent of birthday child may bring own cake and lolly bags into party venue.
    • Please remember to take your leftover cake as Health Regulations require any leftovers must be disposed of.
    • All other foods not purchased from Luna Park Sydney outlets is prohibited in party venue.
    • For children with food allergies/ sensitivities we will provide a suitable meal. Please notify your Party Coordinator on the Thursday one week prior to your party of the food allergies/sensitivities, so that arrangements can be made.
    • Rain or shine your party will take place on the booked date as there is a mixture of outdoor & indoor rides available. The party venue is also indoors.
    • Coney Island is heritage listed & incurs a charge to enter. There is a viewing area & parents not wishing to enter can watch from there. Each unlimited rides pass includes Coney Island access.
    • Parking is available via Dind Street Milsons Point. Please visit our website to view current parking charges.
    • Ride Admission tickets are not transferable, valid for date of issue only, void if not securely attached to guest’s wrist, sold subject to Luna Park Sydney Rides Regulations and no refunds will be given.
    • Children’s birthday packages are not able to booked for groups with attendees aged 17+. For groups aged 17+, the Luna Park group offering is best suited to your needs.

    • These Terms & Conditions together with Party Booking website set out the entire agreement and understanding of the parties.
    • Luna Park Sydney (LPS) shall be entitled to terminate this Party Booking at any time where LPS is unable to fulfil its obligations under this Party Booking as a result of circumstances beyond its control including without limitation an act of God, fire, flood, riot, civil commotion or action of any Governmental authority. LPS shall not have any liability to the Organisation whatsoever as a result of such termination except that LPS shall refund to the Organisation any part of the Total Fees paid by the Organisation under this Party Booking prior to the date of termination to the extent that they relate to the use or occupation of the Park or the provision of Catering Services after the date of termination.
    • Luna Park Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request a patron who is not complying with the Terms & Conditions to leave the premises. Proceeding with the party payment means you understand and agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
  • Gift Cards

    Gift Card Expiry:

    • Your Gift Card is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue, as indicated in the purchase email and Gift Card PDF.
    • After this expiry date, the card becomes invalid, and any remaining balance reverts to Luna Park Sydney Pty Limited (LPS).

    Treat It Like Cash:

    • Please treat your Gift Card like cash.
    • Lost, stolen, damaged, or defaced cards cannot be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.

    Usage Guidelines:

    • Gift Cards can be redeemed on-site at Luna Park Sydney (1 Olympic Drive, Milsons Point, Sydney NSW 2061) OR online at lunaparksydney.com. Luna Park Sydney Gift Cards can be redeemed on Luna Park Sydney ride tickets, merchandise and applicable Luna Park Sydney ticket add-ons.
      Luna Park Sydney Gift Cards can not be redeemed for special event tickets such as Harbour Party and Halloscream, Birthday Party bookings, or Tourism/Group bookings.
    • It cannot be used at third-party outlets, vendors, functions, events, or with third-party ticketing or sales agents.
    • The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase another Gift Card, or make payments on a credit account, unless required by law.

    Redemption Locations:

    • You can redeem your Gift Card online at lunaparksydney.com and in person at Luna Park Sydney outlets.
    • Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.

    Multiple Use and Balances:

    • You can use your Gift Card on multiple occasions.
    • No change will be given for purchases, but any remaining balance can be applied to future transactions.
    • The card can only be used up to its initial value or the remaining balance. If your purchase exceeds this, please use an additional payment method.

    Reselling and Refunds:

    Gift Cards cannot be resold and are non-refundable, unless required by law.

    Purchases made with a Gift Card are subject to LPS's terms and conditions, available at lunaparksydney.com/terms, and any other applicable policies of LPS.

    LPS's Rights:

    • LPS reserves the right to:
      • Limit the number of Gift Cards purchased by any person or entity.
      • Refuse any request for Gift Card redemption.

    Balance and Transactions:

    • You will not receive statements or transaction updates for your Gift Card.
    • To check your balance or expiry date, visit lunaparksydney.com or create an account to access this information from the login menu.
    • Gift Card amounts are issued in Australian dollars.

    Ownership and Liability:

    • Copyright and intellectual property rights related to the Gift Card are owned or used under license by LPS, our affiliates, corporate partners, or licensors.
    • You agree to indemnify and release us from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use or redemption of the Gift Card. In cases where the Gift Card code is non-functional due to reasons other than misuse or neglect, our sole liability is replacement of the Gift Card.

    Non-Default Clause:

    • LPS will not be in default of these Terms and Conditions for any failure to observe or perform obligations that could not reasonably be controlled or prevented.
    • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions intends to exclude or modify any non-excludable statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the ASIC Act, or any other applicable laws.
