  • What is an Annual Pass to Luna Park Sydney?

    An Annual Pass is a year-round ticket which grants you access to unlimited rides at Luna Park Sydney. Pre-booking your attendance is required which you can do easily online. Please note that attendance applies to standard Luna Park operating hours. Special events and selected dates may be excluded from Annual Pass booking

  • How long does an Annual Pass last?

    Annual Passes purchased online are activated from first use or 2 months from the purchase date (whichever is first) and last a year from that date.

    Annual Passes purchased in Park from the Front Ticket Box as an original purchase or an upgrade from a valid day pass are valid 12 months from the purchase date.

  • Do I still need to book my attendance to Luna Park Sydney?

    Yes, when you have an Annual Pass you still need to book in the day you are attending. This can be done an advance online, or even completed on the day of entry either online or via the Membership Desk.

  • Do I need to line up when I arrive at Luna Park Sydney if I am an Annual Pass Holder? 

    Yes, you still need to line up on arrival to Luna Park if you are an Annual Pass holder. Please proceed to the Membership Desk, located between the carpark and the Merchandise Store. There, your attendance will be validated and you will be issued an unlimited rides pass valid for the day of your visit.

    You will need to do this each time you visit Luna Park Sydney.

  • Can I purchase/renew online?

    Yes, Annual Passes to Luna Park Sydney can be purchased and renewed online. However, upgrading from a Day Pass to an Annual Pass is an In-Park exclusive offer.

  • I just bought my Annual Pass recently for $199, what can I do?

    We are making a special extension for those who purchased an Annual Pass within the last 3 months  (Purchased on or after August 1, 2022) and adding a complementary 6 months to the pass. You will receive an email if you are eligible for this offer informing you of the extension.

  • Do I need to bring my Luna Park Annual Pass when I visit?

    A pass holder must have their valid Annual Pass in hand and an approved photo on file with Luna Park Sydney for access to rides to be granted, each time they visit.

    Annual Passes if lost but still valid can be reprinted at Luna Park Sydney for a $10 fee. Names and photos are not transferrable.

  • Can I use my Annual Pass for a special event such as Halloscream or Harbour Party?

    Annual Passes are not valid for private special events, specials, ticketed events or events that require a separate admission, and are subject to Blockout Dates. Blockout Dates include, but are not limited to events such as Halloscream, New Year’s Eve, and other special events that occur outside normal Park operating hours.

  • As an Annual Pass holder, what happens if I do not attend on the day of my booking?

    As an Annual Pass holder, you can log into your membership account and change your date with no added cost.

  • As an Annual Pass holder, how many bookings can I make?

    Annual Pass holders may reserve a maximum of one entry date at a time and can only have one entry date reserved in total. Once that entry date pass has been redeemed or the date passed, a pass holder may reserve a new entry date.

  • As an Annual Pass holder, what if I need to change my booking date?

    As an Annual Pass Holder, you are able to change your booking date prior to the booking from your account in the My Bookings section.
