Cloud Nine takes you into the sky and back again, and again, and again. Kiddies and parents fit into our bright hot air balloons, and you’ll follow the flashing lights all the way up into the air!

Red with adult (18+): 85 - 106cm
Green: 106 - 132cm
Yellow: 132cm +

Cloud Nine Safety Requirements

Height Requirement: Red Riders (85- 106cm) with accompanying adult, Green Riders (106-132cm), Yellow Riders (132cm+)

To ride safely, you must not ride if you are subject to the following conditions:
Recent surgery, medication, illness
Heart conditions
Pregnancy
High blood pressure
Motion sickness
Back or neck complaint

To ride safely, you should be able to:
Indepenently maintain your upper body and head in an upright position whilst riding.
Continuously grasp the safety restraint with at least one upper extremity.
Have two legs present and functioning to the knees.

Cloud Nine Accessibility

Wheelchair accessible: Guests using wheelchairs will be required to transfer up a ramp and transfer into the seat unit either independently or with the aid of a carer.
Service animals allowed: This ride cannot accommodate service animals due to the nature of the experience.
