You should not ride if any of the following apply to you:
- Recent surgery, medication or illness
- Heart conditions
- Broken bones or plaster casts
- Pregnancy
- High blood pressure
- Motion sickness
- A back or neck complaint
To ride safely, you must be able to:
- Independently maintain your upper body and head in an upright position whilst riding
- Have at least one arm capable of grasping the restraint
- Have two legs functioning to the knees
- Absorb the sudden movements and bumping experienced during the ride
